The biggest advantage of COREtec Plus is its waterproof construction. COREtec planks and tiles have a core, which is referred to as the core structure, made from materials such as recycled wood and bamboo dust. This core provides these planks and tiles with exceptional dimensional stability, so they will never expand or contract when exposed to moisture. As a result, COREtec Plus can be installed in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and other areas where moisture is an issue.
In addition, COREtec Plus has a cork underlayment that offers some extra moisture resistance. This underlayment provides comfort underfoot as well.
There are a few different COREtec Plus options, including COREtec Plus HD, XL, and Design.
COREtec Plus is available in 5" and 7" wide planks, and it comes in 12"x24" tiles. For larger rooms, be sure to consider COREtec Plus XL, which is available in 9" wide and 6' long planks.
COREtec Plus HD features an authentic edge visual, and COREtec Plus Design can be installed with multi-width and multi-tone planks for a truly unique surface visual.
